Many of our customers’ projects require the assembly of bolted assemblies and sub-assemblies. This mechanical assembly may require additional assembly and/or electrical assembly. Mechanic and hydraulic assembly is carried out by the CALDETEC, S.L. staff. The electrical assembly is outsourced to specialised companies, and usually takes place on the CALDETEC, S.L. facilities.
We offer a wide range of types of assembly:
- Large structures, stands, or elements requiring bridge cranes, an optical level, and other means, such as self-propelled cranes.
- High-precision assembly requiring millesimal precision, usually employing quick-drying resin, with supports and/or parts being gradually placed on the main base or body by means of optical accessories. A laser tracker or a three-dimensional measurement machine is used for checking/placement.
- General machinery assembly, for the assembly of various commercial elements, such as ball bearings, flexible couplings, chains, toothed pulleys, gear motors, linear bearings, ball screws, toothed rims, sprockets and gear racks, C-profiles for bearings from simple contact to double contact, etc. Any kind of machine can be assembled by CALDETEC, S.L.’s expert staff.
