Welding inspection:
CALDETEC S.L. has an inspector certified for level 2 for penetrating liquids under ISO 9712. In this way, we can inspect welding internally at the customer’s request. We can provide other inspection techniques at the customer’s request, such as: X-ray, Ultrasound, and Magnetic Particles: we outsource these to inspection companies of national and international renown.
We are also familiar with more demanding sectors, where customers require welding inspections carried out by third-party companies and supervised by a third-party company designated by the customer.
All the welding inspections carried out in a project are included in a “Roadmap” document which provides full traceability of the inspected parts and/or equipment, including the S/N, number, and inspected lengths for each welding (or welding percentage). This is all included in the quality file for each project, which is sent to the customer at the end of the project.
